Margene's breakfast casserole

Margene’s breakfast casserole

Layer in a 9x13 pan in this order:

6 c of frozen potatoes, 8 eggs mixed with 2 cans of evaporated milk,
2 cups of ham, sausage, or bacon, 3 c cheese.

Set in the fridge overnight, bake at 350 for 55 minutes. She has made it with regular milk, and at times it has not set in the fridge overnight and worked fine.

Sounds like a great recipe for Christmas morning, put it in the oven and it will be ready to eat by the time you open presents.
